How to understand fiber on nutrition labels
Sometimes, finding whole grains and fiber can take a bit of investigation. Many packaged foods come with a nutrition facts panel. Learning how to read this label will help you choose healthy, whole-grain options, with plenty of fiber, for your little one. Fresh fruits and vegetables are often not labeled, but are great sources of fiber, helping to aid digestion and prevent constipation.
