Common weaning foods and the risk of allergy

Weaning is an exciting time for you and your little one. You will find it so fulfilling when he discovers – and loves – the meal you have prepared specially for him. Be careful though, some foods may cause allergies. Here’s a guide on those that are least likely to cause allergic reactions, and those which you would need to watch out for.
